At Panary, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return and receive a refund if you're not satisfied with the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, and in the original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once a return is approved, items must be sent to us within 7 days. After this period, the return will be automatically cancelled after 14 days of approval.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

  • Change-of-mind returns:
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items:
    We’ll cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

We recommend using a tracked service when returning items, as we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit. Proof of postage may be required for change-of-mind returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order separately

European Union – 14 day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 14 business days
