All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Important notice for EU customers: From July 2026, all parcels entering the EU are subject to customs duties and handling fees as part of new EU customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Where possible, we will declare accurate customs values to minimise unexpected fees at checkout.
For non-EU European countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.): Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price, but will be reflected on your order at checkout.
