At Panary, we aim to deliver thoughtfully designed glassware safely, reliably, and with full transparency. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.

Order processing times

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note: During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we'll always keep you informed.

UK shipping 🇬🇧

Standard Delivery

  • Cost: £5.99
  • FREE on orders £60.00 and above 🎉
  • Estimated delivery: 2-4 working days after dispatch
  • All orders are tracked

Heavier items (larger orders over 2kg):

  • Cost: £7.99
  • FREE on orders £75.00 and above
  • Estimated delivery: 3-5 working days after dispatch

European shipping 🇪🇺

Standard European Delivery

  • Cost: £12.99
  • FREE on orders £100.00 and above
  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 working days after dispatch
  • All orders are tracked

Heavier items (larger orders over 2kg):

  • Cost: £18.99
  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 working days after dispatch

Covers all EU countries plus Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and other select European destinations.

Important notice for EU customers: From July 2026, all parcels entering the EU are subject to customs duties and handling fees as part of new EU customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Where possible, we will declare accurate customs values to minimise unexpected fees at checkout.

For non-EU European countries (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, etc.): Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price, but will be reflected on your order at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 5-8 working days after dispatch

Heavier items (larger orders over 2kg):

  • Estimated deliver: 5-8 working days after dispatch

  • Orders to the United States and Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • For most orders to the United States, these fees are typically included at checkout and you will see them in the price summary.

Rest of World shipping 🌍

Worldwide Delivery

  • Cost: £32.99
  • Estimated delivery: 3-17 working days after dispatch
  • All orders are tracked

Heavier items (larger orders over 2kg):

  • Cost: £42.99
  • Estimated delivery: 3-17 working days after dispatch

Covers all destinations not listed above, including Russia, Ukraine, Caribbean, South America, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

  • Delivery times can vary significantly depending on destination and local customs clearance.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

If you haven't received tracking information within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Packaging & care

Glassware is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly

Delays & exceptions

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Customs processing (international orders)
  • Seasonal demand
  • Weather conditions

We appreciate your patience and will always assist where possible.

Incorrect address information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

Panary will not be held responsible for:

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details
  • Failed delivery attempts caused by address errors
  • Additional shipping fees required to re-deliver or redirect orders
